5.  Most data we ask for can be anonymised before passing it to us so it's not personally identifiable to individuals

6.  We keep all data on security protected systems which have constantly updated securtiy and firewalls.  All machines are kept in a safe physical environment under multiple locks to maintain the highest degree of protection.
